The back cover plate

The back cover plate of LED panel light is using for sealing the lamp body, made of aluminum material, with the feature of heat dissipation.

The selection of aluminum frame is according to the requirement of clients for products.  

LED light source

Most LED panel light manufacturers take the use of SMD3528 as the LED light source.

The driving power supply

The selection of driving power supply is based on the demands of clients, there are two selections for driving power supply of LED panel light, the one is constant current driver power supply, suitable for domestic market; the other one is a driving power supply with two model of constant voltage and constant current, with high cost but suitable for international market doing foreign trade.

The diffusion plate

The selection of diffusion of LED panel light mainly consider about enhancing the lighting transmittance efficiency , and acrylic material is a general choice for diffusion plate.

The guide light plate

The guide light plate play an important role in the whole components of LED panel light.

The light reflecting paper

The main function of the light reflecting paper of LED panel light is reflecting the light from the back of guide light pate, so the light reflecting paper is a necessary component of a quality LED panel light.
